Rahul Goyal

Rahul Goyal is a business leader working to bring technology-led HCM solutions to employees across the world. He has nearly two decades of experience in business management, strategy, and talent management in the HR industry. He have managed diverse business lines – including in HR outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, consulting and HR automation. He enjoys being involved in greenfield projects, often taking the innovative, entrepreneurial route, and is a proponent of the Outside-In approach in business.

He is an experienced search consultant with a track record of recruiting candidates for leadership roles in the outsourcing industry, IT sector, BPO sector, offshore outsourcing. He was in Bangalore during the peak years of the IT boom, performing executive search and selection for top start-ups in the IT, BPO and Telecom industries, and helping them grow and innovate.

Rahul’s business management role expanded in 2002, when he was tasked with setting up an office for Ma Foi in London. He helped build the UK business from the ground up, and participated in international skill corridors and the recruitment of senior leaders for many organisations, particularly in the semiconductor design industry and the upstream oil and gas sector. His experience expanded during this period to managing P&L, leading diverse teams across several countries, strategic growth and expansion, and partnerships and alliances.

On his return to India, he took over as the head of ADP India. He led the entry of ADP into Singapore and the Philippines, with ADP’s presence expanding across Southeast Asia. ADP India have had profitable YoY growth, and regularly offer new products to the market. Rahul’s most recent work is focused on providing technology-driven solutions in the HCM domain to a wide range of clients, and to continuously improve the Employee Experience. The entry of SaaS products into the HCM industry heralds a new wave of progress in human capital management, and he’s happy to be at the forefront of it at ADP.

He currently serves as the Managing Director & General Manager for ADP India & South East Asia.
